Hey! I need to loose some weight and get healthy. I started gaining weight in my late 20's and have not stopped until now.
I refuse to go on a "DIET". I have tried different diets with some success in the past. Eventually I just gain back what I lost with some extra! I am determined to change how I live.
So no diets for me. Just a life style change. Healthy is my new middle name. :)
