I'm a 30 year old who suffered 6 broken ankles and 2 broken wrists... each has exasperated my battle with maintaining a healthy weight. I have jumped from being strong, cute & curvy (145-160lbs) to the 240-250 range... I've been intensely busy since!!
It's time to reclaim my activity level and weight. I miss hiking, swimming, and being more active...
*Update: I have backslid... *sigh* working on a PhD is HARD!!!
*Update (2): Moving and breaking a foot/ankle makes life so complex. I wish there was a magic pill that would heal broken bones overnight!!
*Update (3): I need to focus on Body-Fat ratio and overall health over what a scale says.
