Another week the same and really I'm eating whatever I fancy - well into holiday mode and not really counting calories. I have a pretty good idea of what I'm consuming and have definitely NOT let go of the rope, but I'm happy to let the summer go by without obsessing about calories as long as the scales stay like this :)
