Well, I sure was pleased to see this 4 pounds come off. I know it's typical for me to bounce a bit, so I don't think it's really off til it stays there for a few days.

Look what you have done in just a couple weeks!! WOW !!!! This is not easy for us that enjoy so many things that aren't good for OUR metabolism. But just look at that chart!!! SMOKIN" MAMA!! pom-pom's are flying!
