For breakfast I had 3 large brown eggs, a slice of Health Nut wheat bread a fruit cup and a glass of milk... high calories, but lots of protein. Guess its time to switch to brown eggs for good. I'm trying to get more protein into my diet along with fruits and veggies. I love fruits and veggies, but they are so expensive. Guess I need to start finding ways to get more fruits and veggies into my diet without ridiculous prices. I think I'm going to start going to the markets on the weekends. You can get a lot more there for cheaper. Plus we have a garden going at my house too. And now its off to go get ready for the day... Plus I have an interview next Thursday... lets see how much I can drop between now and then.
