I bought a new pair of jeans yesterday and it was 27 in waist. My previous favorite jeans which I bought in last July were 30 in waist and I can't wear it anymore. It's sliding down. I was pretty excited about that. I see my results. I think that the main thing is cutting down sugar. I almost have no cravings anymore. I just don't eat most of the sugary staff. It seemed almost impossible just three months ago.
