Really happy I lost this week. I had my first binge in about a month on one day (fish and chips abd a lot of chocolate) but I've been sensible the rest of the week. I'm really happy I seem to be losing every week. At my heaviest I was convinced I wouldn't be able to lose it. Calorie counting does help me :)
