Hi everyone, here is a little bit about me and my journey to hopefully losing weight and maintaining it.

I am 43 years old, live on beautiful Kangaroo Island in SA and work at a wildlife sanctuary while also studying law online.

I have always struggled with my weight, losing it and then putting on twice as much. I recently lost 40 Kilos with Jenny Craig but now have out 20 Kilos back on as I couldn't afford to keep going with it and didn't get the follow up maintenance sessions.

So now I have started on Tony Ferguson along with IT works products so I can lose the weight again and hopefully keep it off this time.
