Been forever since I've recorded my weight so felt like I should update. I've been doing a bunch of Beachbody programs, most recently the "80 Day Obsession". I taking a break (if you can call it that) by doing "21 Day Fix Extreme". Really, though, it's a break from the heavy pounding my body took during the previous program. I'm not that young anymore and need recovery time. Lowering the weights and reducing the amount of squats is what I need right now. I'll focus on tightening up my diet and more cardio over the next few weeks. Be back again to weigh-in soon!
