Boxing is so fantastic, i've recently started doing it with my trainer (who i see with a group of chubby mamma's 3 x week) and because i'm so busy concerntrating...uppercut, jab twice, high, low......the minutes go past, and the frustrations are released.
not sure if you are interested, but i have just bought a book which i am telling my other mum friends. it's called 'buddhism for mothers' by sarah napthali. now i don't follow any religion at all, but this book is for mums looking after themselves, and getting a little back. the premise is, everybody benifits from a calm and happy mum, and i completely agree.
