I just got back from the gym...I had my first lower body personal trainer session. Did I mention my legs now feel like they weigh 500 pounds a piece? I did weighted squats - 3 sets of 25 - Leg presses - 3 sets of 25 - dead lifts - 4 sets of 25 - Squats - Don't ask how many...Lunges back and forth across the gym, Bicycle for 10 minutes, and some ab work. I didn't know I was even strong enough to get through that routine! At one point, I was practically screaming to get through it, but I'm glad I did. I'd better have results when I get on that scale tomorrow!
