Well I know why I have been feeling so yucky, apparently I have hypothyroidism. In a way that is good because I have been so fatigued and a bit depressed and achy and it could all be down to the hypot'. However, I am not too keen on going on medicine for the rest of my life and I have heard that it just stops the thyroid wanting to work so the dose just keeps getting higher. Don't know what to do, I am not really one for taking medicine...wonder if there is a natural assist or remedy other than pig thyroid stuff? I would like to feel normal again though.
