I've gained 30 pounds in the last 4 years, and have been battling with trying to get back into my old habits: working out and eating mostly home cooked meals.
My goal is to get back into my size 8s! I want to accomplish this by cutting out the white foods, ie sugar, corn syrup, white flour, which means getting rid of the junk food! And getting back into my 4-5 days per week of cardio/weight training.
I'm giving up the bad foods right now, and starting my exercise program tomorrow, April 14th, on the new moon.
