Been sick with bladder infection. Back to my schedule now. I will weigh on Sunday, even though I missed a week. I weighed sometime this past week but there was no change.
Am learning more about what I cannot eat. Too much dairy is not good, so I have to ration my cheese. Also increased the MCT oil in my smoothie so it keeps me satisfied longer. I'm getting the hang of the portion sizes too, and don't panic when it looks like I won't have enough. At the end of my meal tonight I was totally satisfied, although it was about 1/2 what I would have eaten a year ago.
Also hopefully this darn winter will get over with soon. I am so ready to be outside walking, but not in hail and sleet like we've been having today;)
