today i woke up at 134.o lbs! here are my measurements from the last 35 days on hcg
arms:-3.5cm/ 1.38 inches chest:-13cm/ 5.12 inches waist:-10cm/ 4 inches hips:-7.5cm/ 3 inches thigh:-5cm/2 inches calve:-4.5cm/ 1.78 inches weight:-18
today I go into phase 3
i started taking black seed oil i will keep taking iodine, magnesium, guarana and prenatal multivitamins( i find this are the best) i will also keep doing intermittent fasting and stat beast body in a week or two as soon as i have everything ready!!!!
i will keep login my food but probably not as much.
