The past month i decided to use my fitness pal app...I gained 3 pounds in a month 🙄maybe it wasn’t app faults maybe my body just doesn’t want to lose it. But using this app I have lost/gained but with my fitness pal nothing but gain...so I’m back to using only this app and hopefully it will help. Again I’m been having a very hard time making the scale move. My clothes are fitting better but I can tell in my face I’ve gained weight back. I know a weight loss journey is a lot lows than highs but very discouraged when I gain 3 pounds in a month 😞😐🙄
