Day 2 of cycle 3. I'm not having any problems with sticking to the plan but I'm feeling overly tired again.
Today's food:
mini wheats in ff milk

1 pear
1/2 apple

small salad w/ 1/2 cup kidney beans and 2 egg whites-lf dressing

2 dill pickles
8 slices bread and butter pickles-these are sugar free and very low in calories

breast meat turkey burger stuffed with mushrooms and onions
spinach

teddy grahams
Calories: 1065
exercise: 30 mins step- 30 mins bike

I am on day 3 of cycle 2 and I am feeling tired too. Thank goodness it's a rest day. But we can do this! I think it's our bodies just ajusting, yet again, to how we're eating and the exercise. Keep up the good work, it'll all pay off in the long run!
