So I totally fell off the wagon. I have that horrible pattern in my head that "it's Wednesday and I already blew it. I'll just start over on Monday." Arrrggghhhh!!!!! But it takes so much planning and organization--taking lunches, planning menus, mapping alternate routes home so I don't drive past a fast food place. Yeah, kidding on the last one. But maybe I should ;>
