My calories for today total 1575, about 100 over the max I am shooting for, but I just remembered. I did't eat all of the smmothie I made for lunch. About a cup or maybe a little more is left. I think that is worth between 100-200 calories. I won't eat anything else tonight, drink a bunch of water and hopefully my sins of yesterday will be forgiven! I've been tending to kaelyn a lot today, didn't get to really work out, though I've been on my feet a lot.

she sure is konked out in that picture!! LOL as for your weight issues...your weight is pretty great already...you're a skinny minny!

Hi!! Im glad you are eating a sensible amount of calories. Your weight might come off slower, or not at all in the first week, but then it should come of at about 2lbs a week. That might now sound like much, but the diet is a healthy one, and you are less likely to slip up, and when you do the weight wont go piling back on! And you can eat anything, as long as you moderate it. If you do go over your daily allowance, do 15 mins of your exercise video to burn off the extra 100cals! Im going to post some tips in the tips section so check them out! P.S I dont count fat but when I did it came to about 45g. (Saturated fat). Just choose healthy choices and wholegrains and the fat will naturally be low.
