day 3 in I went to a party yesteryear had meal planned and prepped I had a lulovely lunch at home waiting. we were brought a muffin and coffee each and had a few cheeky sausage rolls. I logged them and ad a healthier tea. today off farm for day out for my middle daughters burthday. they will eat there I've made a chicken and bacon couscous salad and I'm looking forward to it :) lots of walking. feeling positive
