First day back to being able to eat solids like cereal... man was it delicious, but now my jaw hurts from trying to be careful not to get it in where my wisdom teeth were pulled. ugh...

anywho. starting a new challenge today. gonna stick to it this time and drop some more weight. i just got a pair of shorts from the thrift store and they are a size 10... they are falling off me right now... WOOT!

took a quick look at the scale this morning... was at 190 again... i think its cause i didnt drink enough water yesterday... so back to the water it is all day. yay water!

will add stuff in as the day goes.
