I just read the book Skinny Bitch. Very very interesting. It has made me realize all the crap I have been eating. I'm now going to try and cut out dairy and sugar. I'm also going to eat more soy and less meat. I got my husband on board and we went to Wild Oats and got a bunch of organic and vegan type food. I'm really excited about eating healthy for the first time in a while!
