f Falling off the bandwagon is difficult. I will persevere! No more dicking around I'm doing this 100% at least till I'm fat adapted. I'll then decide if I want to continue or not. Also losing weight and getting shredded isn't all that bad I guess...even though I'm trying to gain weight xD haha. Have a good weekend everyone.
