I did pretty good eating on Thur and Fri. Saturday and Sunday were pretty bad. Monday I binge ate on the 6 hour drive home. I have a hard time being around angry people. It is almost like having PTSD from my rather difficult marriage. When I am around people who are difficult (angry, mean, having a temper tantrum) I get very nervous and anxious and I don't deal well. I should have just taken a walk or gotten out of there but I didn't. I could feel my desire to stuff my face rise with every minute. I was lucky there wasn't a huge amount of food in the house.
On the plus side I exercised Thur and Fri. I had to walk up very steep 20+ steps to get to my daughter's apartment and was able to do this and drag all the luggage up. I had to make 4 trips. Working out has paid off!
Today I am back on track and exercised. I am thinking this is going to be lose 10 pounds gain 5, lose 10 pounds, gain 5...for a long time. I am staying home for most of April and May so I am hoping to make some positive progress.
