I did pretty good eating on Thur and Fri. Saturday and Sunday were pretty bad. Monday I binge ate on the 6 hour drive home. I have a hard time being around angry people. It is almost like having PTSD from my rather difficult marriage. When I am around people who are difficult (angry, mean, having a temper tantrum) I get very nervous and anxious and I don't deal well. I should have just taken a walk or gotten out of there but I didn't. I could feel my desire to stuff my face rise with every minute. I was lucky there wasn't a huge amount of food in the house.

On the plus side I exercised Thur and Fri. I had to walk up very steep 20+ steps to get to my daughter's apartment and was able to do this and drag all the luggage up. I had to make 4 trips. Working out has paid off!

Today I am back on track and exercised. I am thinking this is going to be lose 10 pounds gain 5, lose 10 pounds, gain 5...for a long time. I am staying home for most of April and May so I am hoping to make some positive progress.

Your committed go will succeed! Pre-planned everything is key consistency and stubbornness! I write out my menu for 2 weeks at a time. and use that for my shopping list. Don't buy what is not on your list no matter how well intended. Good luck Sweetie you will do this!

Patty's advice is golden. I have to plan for a treat after dinner. A fat bomb, chocolate coffee bomb or make dinner a small piece of fish and spinach - finish it off with a yummy chocolate/peanut butter smoothie. It's very filling and tastes decadent. Uou'll do fine. ❤
