Glad I have lost 4 lbs this week, but it sucks that I am losing this weight all over again! I can't believe I was 175 before! I can't wait to get back to that so I can wear some of my old clothes again. The stress of school the last 5 months had put me essentially right back to where I started, along with a breakup. I need to really realize this is a lifestyle change and not just a temporary thing! School has been my downfall the last three years. This coming year I will be in a totally different situation (plus it's my last year) so hopefully I can make this a habit and not just a smart idea.
