So I've been down with the flu and really haven't been keeping accurate count of calories, I haven't really had an appetite so this fasting thing has been easy for now. My unofficial weigh in today is at 65.1kg but we will see on Monday if the scale has stayed the same. Hope everyone has had a blessed Easter so far.
