I blew off the diet and exercise yesterday and fed my cravings I've had for weeks. I had a burrito. Did it have everything? Hell yes it did. Did I enjoy it? At first then I felt overly full and uncomfortable. It just goes to prove that just because you have what you want it doesn't mean it'll make you feel good. Like a dog that chases a car, whats he going to do with it if he catches it? My weight is up 4 pounds today but I believe it is probably water weight from all the sodium I shoved in my hole and not fat, well maybe a little. So what I'm only human and not a demigod. Now I'll just get back to what is now my normal routine and head toward my better health goal. I have nothing to prove to anyone but myself.
