Up a couple of ounces today. I'm not terribly worried. I walked last night, but I also decided to have cheese fries for dinner. Granted I made them at home and baked them in the oven and melted fat free cheese on them, but I'm assuming that the sodium levels were through the roof, so I'll just drink a lot of water to hopefully negate the gain.

I will be going to yoga tonight, which I cannot wait for. It's the highlight of my week, every week. I went on Monday and now I'm going tonight and I'll go again on Saturday. I seriously love it. I am glad that I have finally found exercise that I enjoy. I think the reason that I was so overweight before (besides loving the crap out of food and eating the worst possible things for me) was because I hated exercising. Now I've found two things that I really like. Walking and Yoga. I look forward to them both immensely. I feel empty without some sort of exercise in my life.

How do we feel about Zumba? I heard it's the new craze. But I'm scared of fads. I don't want to dance, I want to exercise. I'll probably talk about it some more, and never do it. That's my MO. :)

Oh well, it's another beautiful day here, and hopefully, I'll be able to get a walk in after yoga, but I don't want to push it. Hopefully, I'll be able to get down to a new low sometime this weekend or even on Monday. Well, I guess everything from this point is a new low, because I cannot ever remember when I was in the 150s.....Happy Thursday all!

You and your yoga - I love it! As far as that zumba thing.... I don't know - so many people talk about it, and really enjoy it, but I'm with you, I don't want to dance infront of people unless I have a drink in my hand and am half drunk! The don't offer it at WoW anyway, so really, and a moot point for me. Have a great day, and do try to get out for that walk - even if its just a nice little stroll, its so beautiful out!!

The do offer yoga at WoW, but I haven't taken it yet - I don't think its at the best times for me. I really need to start taking advantage of their classes more, or else I should find a new, cheaper gym that doesn't offer classes....

You should come up here one night and take my hot yoga class. You will sweat like you've never sweay before. It's amazing.
