i'm pretty happy that the weight came.. off.. i actally weighed.. 221 not 220 and now that i've lost that weight i am going to continue to do my 2 mile workout video.. every single day..do some push ups and sit ups.. also i want to start doing some strenght trainin 3 times a week.. i really want this to work for me and i have a way to not be so stressed i need to take some time aside to every single day to just lay down on the floor listen to the music and just breath.. i dont want to have lil things bother me..i just need to let it out.. i think thats one of the major things that holding me back from losing all the weight that i want to loose
