Today went well. Spent the morning at my daughters swim meet. SHe did fabulous for her first season! There was a wonderful food spread as part of the teams fund raiser... lots of good stuff from a local restaurant. I opted for 3 of my son's fries, and the banana I had brought along! So, not too bad I guess. My in laws came up from Deleware this evening and my mother in law made a comment about my weight loss. It's so nice that someone actually noticed!
