Still feeling stuck anyone have any ideas how to kick start the weight loss again? I have been following my diet pretty well just that the weight is not coming off like it used too. Please someone help.

Well your chart looks good. Start changing up what your doing. As you lose weight, you need to lower your calories a little (unless your at 1200). You can up your protein intake. You can up your fiber intake. They both help reduce fat. Kicking up your exercise plan can help too. Upping the duration or intensity. Upping intensity burns more calories.

You might try to swap out some of the more processed foods for whole, fresh, lean choices. The deluxe mac and cheese is high in calories and salt - you could have lots more food if you chose grilled or broiled chicken, turkey or loin pork chops. Spice them up out on the grill. I love stuff made out on my Weber grill...second best choice is the oven broiler.
