Last night for dinner we had cabbage potato soup with scallops. Not a bad dinner, then I got the munchies and fixed me a peanut butter sandwich, followed by honey nut cheerios. Pretty sure it would have been considered 2 servings of the cereal. But I did do 32 minutes on the Eliptical when I got home from work last night and this morning my blood sugar was 115, while my weight stayed the same. I'm not going to complain, but just keep plugging along. I know my main problem with dieting is having to deprive myself of things I want, while also having to always measure my servings. Today my breakfast includes a strawberries and cream premier protein shake, a boiled egg and a cup of mocha coffee. Lunch will be ramen noodles, chicken flavor with another boiled egg and probably some peanut butter for snack. I did get in 32 ounces f water yesterday outside of my coffee. So, yay me!
