Physio this week. Thinking I had problems with my knees but it was actually my hip is misaligned putting pressure on my knee.
That’s good news since I was worried that I might need surgery since my knee seemed to be locking up
Doing exercises to correct the alignment and the pain is slowly subsiding. Very happy about that 😊
