Ugg! I've been yo-yoing from 208 to 218 for the last month... all strictly dependent on how much salt and eating out I do. It's time to stop it Jennifer! So... improve my eating habits, get your butt out of the chair (in the office AND at home) and get your self confidence back! There's no need to be this tub of lard wallowing around in self loathing.
