Weight loss is slow but that's to be expected. It happens to everyone. I just need to maintain consistency. Although my main goal was my diabetes. My blood sugar levels are in the 70's to low 90's before meals and less then 110 2 hours after so there is undeniable success with that. My last A1C test was at 5.0. I no longer get any of the nerve pain in my feet I use to experience frequently.
