I got home from completing my daily 2nd workout and my hunger was intense. All I could think about was going somewhere and buying a big bulky meal and do what I call "Power Grind". I resisted, went home and ate a low calorie (190) meal and an orange for desert. Now 1 hour later I am not "Starving" and happy I didn't give in to my impulses.
