Roasting my veggies and eating lots of them, made so hummus with water instead of extra oil all good! Lost 2 lbs since I started, doing good. However, last week I had the chocolate cake and need to skip it this week. I go eat out with friends on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday night which is harder than staying home, but friends are more fun and make me happy and that's healthy too. And except for the chocolate cake I did pretty good.
