It is so hard to conquer my sugar addiction! I am not cutting sugar out all together, but I am trying not to eat candy, cookies, ice cream etc. everyday, which I tend to do if it is in the house or at work. When I was in China I noticed how much less sugar they use in everything. They don't have sugar sitting at the table in their restaurants like we do in the US. I know it is ok to allow myself a small treat, but the amount of sugar I eat is not healthy. Working on eating fruit to overcome my sugar cravings and to see if that helps.

I heaaar you! Good idea on the fruit! Sometimes if you freeze certain fruits (grapes are wonderful) and eat them, they are SUPER yummy like a frozen dessert! It's been a long time, hope you've been doing well! And I just have to comment on your weight history chart because your progress is seriously awesome. Mine is no where near that promising and consistent, haha!

It is difficult, I find cherries do the trick and oranges too. What we do is have no sweet stuff in the house until the weekend - then it is chocolate .....seems to work, and I appreciate it more, and I am soooo glad the Christmas chocolates/biscuits have finally disappeared from work, the temptation was too much at times!!!!
