I am still doing weightwatchers and am satisfied with the slow but steady results. I know if I did not eat all my 49 extra points and did not always eat what I excercised that it would come off faster. I have figured out that this way is totally the best for me. I am still attending meetings even when I know that I have not been deligent. I like the choices that I take and understand the impact. I wish I would have figured this out a long time ago.
