I cooked the base on 200 degrees Celsius and for around 25 minutes, but that will vary depending on your oven and the mince you use 😊

70 grams mince, 1/2 cup cooked cauliflower rice, 20 grams of finely grated Parmesan Mix all together into a ball and spread on some baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200-220 for 20-25 minutes until cooked Add whatever toppings you like to suit your dietary needs The base macros are ( this was minced beef, so it will vary depending type of mince ) Fat- 17.74 grams, Carbs- 3.22, Protein- 21.77, altogether, 261 calories This is a single serve
