Jipper...when I plugged in the recipe I got 391 cals, 36.5 fat, 14 carb, 11.5 protein. Hope that helps!

When I started I was trying to stay around 20-25 net carbs...then weight loss slowed down so I’m trying to stay around 20-25 total carbs
