First day after 36 hour fast. Fast was not too difficult. I wasn't hungry after 7 pm. I broke the fast today at 10:30 with 2 coconut flour pancakes, 3 strips of bacon. I ate again at 5 because I was going to UTBA meeting. Ate 7 oz. of prime rib and 6 oz of broccoli. Felt very full right after. Was too much food but I was worried about not eating enough calories or protein. (did a spin class today). At 10 pm I feel like I have a brick in my stomach. Ugh! Definitely eat lighter on Thursday when I break the next fast.
Super easy to not think about food. Love planning yummy LC foods for the next day.
