Easter Weekend
I'm down 5lbs overall in about 2 1/2 weeks so with Easter on Sunday I will be having 2 Spike Days this weekend. Normally I would just switch from Saturday to Sunday but I love Saturday Spike Days and I am ahead of schedule. In the long run this could benefit my metabolism even more. I am very interested to see if I still drop weight next week, but my guess is I will stay the same.
Also with Easter on Sunday I have to move my big weight lifting day to Monday, and I like to have a lot of calories the day before my chest day.
