SLEEP: To bed at 1am. To sleep by 1:30am. Awake at 4:30am. Slept 3hrs.
SCALE: 324.6 lbs. Up 2.6 lbs.

MEALS: SNACK 12:30am -binged on microwave cocoa cake. Breakfast 10am -yogurt w grated apple & cinnamon, red river pumpernickel bread. Lunch 3:50pm -2 raisin toast w cream cheese & banana. Supper 6:50pm -ham & dry curd omelette on 2 WW toast w salsa.

THOUGHTS: at 1am -Binged at 12:30am between 2 bouts of pain spasms in my back. Don't know why? So stupid. Just wanted to feel good for awhile? Now feel absolutely bloated, exhausted, and scared that this binge will cause another bad back pain flareup.
at 9:30pm called 911 for ambulance. (to be continued)

MEDS: 10am 25mg Metopropol. 6:50pm 20mg Xarelto. 10am 25mg Metopropol.
BP/RATE/PAIN: 1am 146/95 59p'irr.heart' pain starting to subside. 5/10, pacing, and then back to bed. (to be continued)
