Ok. So i have made it through 4 days of insanity. Have only lost .5 lbs, but they said that was to be expected. I feel like I am eating an awful lot on the meal plan. Definitely more calories than when I was dieting on my own. Must be building muscle and inflamed. Holding water for sure. My daily abalance using heart monitor is well over 1000 calories.
