I was REALLY BAD TODAY! It was an all day affair.
For breakfast: 2 Sausage Biscuits and Micky D's Lunch: A Slice of Rosa's Pizza (now it is the local and best pizza place near my school also my friends were going) Snack (a.k.a. Lunch part 2): Alfredo.....:(
Now on the plus side I took my gyms Groove Class and it lasted an hour. Then I hauled my bottom to the cardio area and worked out on the elliptical for 30minutes and burned 561 calories, but now I am hungry and want some dinner. Let's see if I make a better choice?
