thx ladies it really means alot. I know it's going to be a long hard journey but I /we all can do it. I've had a horrible past 6 months just as I was getting my weight back on track 67kg by walking and completing alot of races which I love. I got pneumonia and landed up in hospital 2weeks they then found blood clots in both my lungs - so after that I took it a bit easy. End Dec I got ill again with viral meningitis another 10days in hospital and last week I was diagnosed with a bone marrow disease which puts my immune system in danger. So after a week of binge eating. I've decided I can do 1 of 2 things find comfort in food or. take control because being overweight is not going to help my situation - diabetes is one of my biggest fears. So right now heavy exercise is not really on the table but healthy food is😀 I am calling March - mini makeover month. want to reach my first goal to get back under 70kg by the end of the month. loosing 5kg would be great. I read your stories and it really is inspirational THANK YOu!!
