Calorie intake pls and macros what amount of carb protein and fat

@sharad3738 my intake varies according to my job schedule. I was on 160g of protein, 2500 Kal, 85g Fat, 250 carbs.
at the moment my carb intake is 300..

@saitamasensei It’s not a lot actually, it’s just the exact ratio. Sometimes I go low in protein like 100g as well
