No weight loss since Friday but that mostly due to my drinking a bottle of prosecco sat night and then eating carbs again all day Sunday. Argh. It's 1 step forward and 2 steps back. I get bored not drinking at all. That's my worst enemy

Everything in moderation! I’ve definitely cut back on my drinking, but still enjoy a glass (or two) of wine a week, and I have not found that it has been overly impactful on my weight loss

Well I don't just have a glass of wine. I would drink a whole bottle which leads to a hangover which leads to the day after of eating crap.
I have never done anything in moderation. All In or all out lol.

I'm with you. I can't have just 1 glass. It usually ends up being 4 before the evening is done (we make our own). But I'm fortunate - I haven't had a hangover since my 25th birthday.

Totally agree! How can you not have a couple drinks at the end of the week?! Biggest thing to remember is that you body won't burn calories from anything else until all the alcohol calories are gone. So if you stick to low calorie booze (vodka, gin) you much better off. Add to that low calorie mix and your great!
