Yikes! The dreaded gain I have just been waiting for. I had an "off the diet" weekend. I honestly tried hard to follow it most of the time. I had soup instead of hamburger and fries, for instance. I didn't do most of the snackie stuff. I did, unfortunanately drink too much wine, and I had one binge of Doritos. Oh well, I'm not letting this deter me. I'm back to sensible eating as of this minute. After all, I am still down 4 pounds at the end of week one.
